Returns that are postmarked within 7 days of the date you receive your order qualify for a refund. Returns postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your order qualify for an online merchandise credit. After 14 days, items are not eligible for return or exchange.
For purchases made online and picked up in store, you have 7 days from date of purchase to return for a refund and 14 days from date of purchase to exchange for a store credit.
Holiday purchases made after 10/16/24 may be exchanged until 1/15/25.
All purchases made with a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Intimates and sunglasses are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or they cannot be returned.
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with original tags attached.
Home decor items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. If the seal is open or tag/packaging is removed from home decor items they are not returnable.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for return. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
If any items do not meet the above requirements, we will contact you and your items will be returned to you.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued. Please note that some banking institutions take up to 10 days to refund the money to your account once we have processed it on our end.

STMT accepts returns for store credit within 7 days of your purchase date for in-store purchases. Merchandise must me unworn with tags attached accompanied by the original receipt. No refunds. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
